❓ How to confirm whether my product complies with Refund & Exchange Policy?

Sorry, the original receipt is required and the purchase record cannot be used for return and exchange.
❓ Can I still return if my order has used a coupon?
Yes, you can.
When you have used a coupon for online purchase, the discount/coupon amount would be applied proportionally to all items in the order based on the relevant product price (the discounted price of the product is referred to as the "New Price").
If you apply for returns/refunds after redemption of coupon, only the New Price of the returned products would be refunded (i.e. the discount/coupon amount applied to the returned products would be refunded), and the coupon will not be reissued.
