※For Delivery / Pick-up Point orders, purchased items cannot be returned to physical store or return by person to the warehouse.
Special Occasion Remarks:
※For order with pants alteration service, expected delivery time will be delayed by 24 hours compared to the normal expected delivery time.
※In case of holidays/peak period - Christmas, Easter, Double 11, Thank You Festival etc., the number of delivery days might increase, thank you for your understanding.
※Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, logistics service will be suspended and delivery will be extended.

Remarks:
※Delivery to most commercial, industrial and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau.
(Excluding PO Box addresses and certain, restricted areas, such as areas that require special permission)
Pick-up Point / Locker
Remarks:
※The Courier company will depend on the address of the pick-up point you selected.
※An SMS notification will be sent by the courier company after the parcel arrived.
※For orders delivered by SF Express, if you have install the SFHK APP and remain logged in,
the SFHK APP pick up notification function will replace SMS message once the parcel arrived.
Please enable the notification of SFHK APP on your mobile devices to avoid missing delivery reminders.
Please collect the parcel within specified time after receiving the SMS notification, otherwise extra storage fee might be imposed by S.F. Express.

※There is possibility that your order will delay if the Locker is fully occupied. Please refer to the relevant courier company for more details.
Outlying Island delivery arrangement
*Expected delivery day is applicable to orders which are placed before 4PM on Monday to Saturday.
For Orders which are placed after 4PM on weekends and during Hong Kong public holidays will require an additional working day to the expected delivery day.
