Q. Store Purchase Refund and Exchange Policy

UNIQLO Hong Kong Product Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Original receipt is needed for product refund and exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

2. Products can only be refunded or exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact; packaging of baby products must never have been opened.

3. Altered items, discounted defective items, overseas items and paper shopping bags could not be refunded nor exchanged.

4. Any product that has been exchanged cannot be refunded unless there is product quality problem.

5. Products can be exchanged at any Hong Kong or Macau stores. The difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one.

6. Products can only be refunded within the store where they were purchased.

7. If the refund cannot be made by the same method as the original payment, cash will be refunded instead.

8. For payments made with credit cards (including contactless or mobile payment), please present the original card receipt and the same physical credit card for refund. Refund service is only available for the same credit card of purchase.

9. No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-UNIQLO coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by the malls.

10. With regard to refund for purchases involving UNIQLO coupons, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon amount. Coupons will not be re-issued.

11. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange or refund.

12. If there is any dispute, UNIQLO HONG KONG, LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.

UNIQLO Macau Product Refund & Exchange Policy
