Q. Order Status Detail
The following are common status descriptions for orders:
Order Status | Details | |||||
Packing | The parcel is waiting to be shipped from the warehouse. The parcel will be delivered according to the expected delivery days from the day after the order is placed. | |||||
Dispatched | The parcel has been shipped from the warehouse and transferred to the logistics distribution. The parcel will be delivered according to the expected delivery days from the day after the order has been successfully placed. | |||||
Ready for Pick-up | The package has been prepared for you at the store, you can go to the store to show the Self Pickup Code/QR code* to pick up the parcel. | |||||
Cancelled | If the payment is not completed within 30 minutes after the order is established, the order will be cancelled. Can not be restored after cancellation, if you need the order, please re-order. | |||||
Cancel order | You can choose to cancel the order if the order is still pending or the package has not pick up at the store. | |||||
After the application is completed, it does not mean that the cancellation is successful. If the interception is successful, the order status will be displayed as [transaction closed]. If it is too late to intercept the order and the final status is [Dispatched], the order will still be delivered to the original designated location. | ||||||
Closed | The cancellation of the order was successfully intercepted. | |||||
Completed | The package has been delivered and picked up. |
