Store Pick-up service provides you with a more convenient way to pick up your UNIQLO online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery.
Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge. Store pick-up service is available at all stores in HK & Macau!

※In case of the first day of Chinese New Year, Stocktake period or peak season like Double 11/Thank You Festival etc., the number of delivery days might increase, thank you for your understanding.
※During Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning or other event outside of our control, logistics service will be suspended and delivery will be extended.

🌟How to use Store Pick-up Service
1. Select Color, size and quantity in the product page
2. Select [Store Pick-up] for delivery method and choose the pick-up store
3. Click [Buy Now] or [Add to Shopping Cart]
4. Input [Pick-up Detail] in the Checkout page, confirm the details and complete the order
5. Once order is ready for pick up, a SMS notification will be sent to you
6. Please visit the selected store and show the SMS pick-up code or QR code for pick up
7. You may try on the cloth before confirming the pick-up procedure.
If you would like to have return / exchange after the trial,
you may contact the store staff to ask for the return / exchange details immediately before confirming the pick-up procedure.

🌟Store Pick-up Order Collection Period
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a SMS notification, please kindly visit the selected store and pick up your parcel by the SMS pick up code or QR code within 14 days.
※If overdue and you have not picked up the parcel, system will automatically close the order and proceed to refund procedure.
