Q. 【Return】 Store Purchase

STEP 1

Bring the original receipt and the products that meet the Refund & Exchange policy to the original store where they were purchased.

STEP 2

Queue at the cashier of the original purchase store for return and refund service.
※Returns are limited to the store where the product was purchased, other stores cannot provide the return and refund service in this matter.

STEP3:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
※For credit card payment transactions including contactless or mobile payment, please present the original credit card receipt and the physical credit card used for the purchase at the same time for refund.
Refunds can only be arranged to the same credit card.
※If the original payment method cannot be refunded successfully, it will be refunded in cash.
