Q. Online Purchase Refund and Exchange Policy

UNIQLO HONG KONG Official Online Flagship Store Product Refund & Exchange Policy


1. Original receipt is needed for product refund and exchange. For Delivery / Pick-up point orders, products can be refunded and exchanged within 30 days of the order dispatch date. For Store pick-up orders, products can be refunded and exchanged within 30 days of the order receipt date.

2. Products can only be refunded or exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact; packaging of baby products must never have been opened.

3. Altered items, discounted defective items, overseas items and paper shopping bags could not be refunded nor exchanged.

4. Any product that has been exchanged cannot be refunded unless there is product quality problem.

5. For Delivery / Pick-up point orders / Store pick-up orders, items purchased cannot be returned to a store for a refund. If you need to return the item(s), an online application is required. After approval of your application within seven days, you should ship the item(s) to our warehouse at your own cost. If you need to return the item(s) due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the returns.

6. For Delivery / Pick-up point orders, item(s) purchased can be exchanged for any item(s) in any UNIQLO store in Hong Kong & Macau, online application is not required. For items exchanged at store, they can be exchanged for any items (not limited to items of the same item code). The difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one. For Delivery / Pick-up point orders, item(s) purchased can be exchanged online with an online application. Such online exchange is only available for exchange of other colour or size of the same item code. After approval of your application, you should ship the item(s) to our warehouse at your own cost. If you need to exchange the item(s) due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the exchanges and the cost of shipping the item(s) from our warehouse to your designated mailing address.

7. For Store pick-up orders, item(s) purchased can also be exchanged for any item(s) in any UNIQLO store in Hong Kong & Macau, online application is not required. For items exchanged at store, they can be exchanged for any items (not limited to items of the same item code). The difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one.

8. With regard to refund of purchases involving UNIQLO coupons, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon amount. Coupons will not be re-issued.

9. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange or refund.

10. If there is any dispute, UNIQLO HONG KONG, LIMITED (“UNIQLO”) reserves the right of final decision.
