Q. 【Exchange】 Store Purchase

STEP 1
Bring the original receipt, and the product that meets the Refund & Exchange policy to any Hong Kong or Macau stores 【within 30 days of purchase date】.

STEP 2
Choose your ideal product at the store / look for staff to help you search for the product, and then queue up at the cashier for exchange service.
※Products can be exchanged to any items with the same price or above. If the amount exceeds the original purchased price, you only need to pay for the difference .
※If the amount of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

※For exchanged item that can be exchanged again, but CANNOT be refunded.

How to confirm whether my product complies with Refund & Exchange Policy?

Product is 【Exchange & Return Service applies】, and in original selling condition with tags intact. Original Receipt is needed for Exchange & Return service within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I Return or Exchange if my purchase has used a coupon?

Your product can still be exchanged or returned, but for return, the refund amount needs to deduct the coupon amount.

No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-UNIQLO coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by the malls.

How to confirm Exchange & Refund period?

Within 30 days from the date of purchase 
(e.g. Pick up on1st Jan, return period is on or before 31st Jan)

What should I do to exchange for a special size?

You may visit the nearest store and request for assistance. If there is stock and your requirement meets, store staff will arrange the transfer service for you.

Special size takes 14-21 working days for transfer.

What should I do if I lost the receipt?

Please visit the original purchase store and provide the【Offline Orders】 under membership record,  our staff will provide further assistance for you.
