Delivery Arrangements During Public Holidays ( Home Delivery / Pickup Point / Store Pickup With Warehouse Transfer )

Will delivery be affected during public holidays?
During public holidays, the processing time for the delivery methods below may be extended.
Actual delivery arrangements are subject to logistics and store operations.

1. Home Delivery ( Personal Address / Pickup at Locker / Pickup Point )
Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered to the designated address or pick‑up point within the following timeframes :

• Hong Kong : 1–2 working days ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays )
• Macau : 2–3 working days ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays )

※ If your order includes items requiring trouser length alteration, the delivery time for the entire order will be extended by an additional 1 working day.

2. (O2O) In-store Pick-up Orders ( With Warehouse Transfer )
Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered to the selected store within the following timeframes :

• Hong Kong : 1–2 working days
• Macau : 2–3 working days

※ Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive a pick‑up notification.
Please collect your order at the selected store within the specified period.
