Store Pick-up: Available for pick-up on same day or next day at the earliest, please click here for more details
Macau Region order that needs to transfer from warehouse will take 2-5 working days.
 

Delivery: 2-3 working days for Hong Kong Region
Delivery: 3-6 working days for Macau Region
※Delivery days might be increased for Outlying Island delivery, contain pants alteration, stock take or peak season, please click here for more details.

Can I modify the Pick-up Store or Delivery address?

Store Pick-up: the pick-up store cannot be changed once ordered
Delivery: please contact relevant courier company for address modification

Store Pick-up: Free shipping
Delivery: Free shipping if order net amount of a single delivery exceeds $350; if the amount is insufficient, a $30 shipping fee will be charged

Which courier company is used for Delivery service?

Deliver to personal address: Kerry Express
Pick-up Point / Lock: Kerry Express / SF Express (Depends on the selected pick-up address)

Courier company cannot be changed after the order is placed.
