Which type of pants are not available to pants alteration?
Pants alteration service is not available for below items:
1. Non-pants items (if applicable)
2. Warm bottoms and flared pants
3. Special designs such as zipper, button, ripped details on the bottom of the pant legs
4. Designs with elastic such as Jogger Pants
5. Items made of Nylon, polyester and linen
6. The hems of the bottom of the pant legs are less than 1 cm
7. Non-UNIQLO items
Can I change the length of my pants after washing?
Since the product may shrink after washing, it is recommended to bring the product and a valid shopping receipt or product list to the store to modify it after washing.
Can the waist size and width of the pant legs be altered?
Alteration service is not available for altering waist size and width of the pant legs at the moment.
Can skirts and jackets be altered?
Alteration service is not available for skirts and jackets at the moment.
Can I enjoy the alteration service after my purchase?
Kindly bring along the pants and the original receipt or invoice to store for alteration service.
I have already alterations the length of the pants, and I want to alterations it again?
You can bring the same product and valid shopping receipt to the physical store for secondary modification.
Can I enjoy the alteration service in store A and pick up the altered item in store B?
You can only pick up the altered item in the store you visited for alteration service originally. It is recommended to go to the nearest store to alteration.
Can altered pants be refunded?
Altered pants are non-refundable.
