Q. UNIQLO Coupon Usage Details

How to use coupon when placing an order?

If your order is eligible for using relevant coupon, it will automatically use and display on "Coupon" column in the "Checkout" page.

※If you do not wish to use the coupon, you can select [Do not use coupon code] before submitting the order.

Reminder:
If accidently click the use button OR order successfully paid OR applied for return or refund,
used coupon cannot be used again or returned, thank you for your kind understanding.

How come I cannot use the coupon in my order?

System will automatically identify and use valid and eligible coupon.

If your order was not able to use the coupon in the "Checkout" page,
please kindly confirm if your order is eligible to use the coupon before submitting the order.

You may confirm rather your order is eligible to use the coupon:

👉🏻Order is with single delivery method
👉🏻Order amount is eligible to use the coupon 
👉🏻The coupon is still valid
👉🏻The coupon can be used in Online Flagship Store

What if the total amount of my "Store Pick-up" & "Store Pick-up transfer from warehouse" orders fulfill to use the coupon?

Sorry, if your orders were seperated into "Store Pick-up" & "Store Pick-up transfer from warehouse",
which do not refer as <Single delivery method>, coupon could not be used even the total amount is eligible.

If product still has stock in warehouse, you may change the delivery method by clicking [Change to transferring from warehouse] in the shopping cart, then your order will be eligible as single delivery method in order to use the coupon.

Must select a single store for pick-up.

Can I still return if my order has used a coupon?

Yes, you can.

When you have used a coupon for online purchase, the discount/coupon amount would be applied proportionally to all items in the order based on the relevant product price (the discounted price of the product is referred to as the "New Price").
If you apply for returns/refunds after redemption of coupon, only the New Price of the returned products would be refunded (i.e. the discount/coupon amount applied to the returned products would be refunded), and the coupon will not be reissued.

How to obtain Birthday Coupon?

Please fill in your personal information by login to "Account" > "Personal Information".
Birthday Coupon will be sent to your account in your birthday month.

Valid date:Only valid within birthday month

How to redeem coupon using redemption code?

Redemption code can be redeemed in "Coupon" page.

Currently UNIQLO provides E-Newsletter subscription and you can redeem a $10 E-Newsletter subscription coupon.

Redeemption Method:

①Please click here to subscribe our E-Newsletter
※Applicable to first-time subscribers only, please confirm the email address is entered correctly.

②Successful subscription notice will be sent by email together with the redemption code
※If you did not receive in your email Inbox, please kindly check your Spam.

③Enter the redemption code in "Account" > "Coupon" page

④Complete by pressing 【Redeem】

How to confirm the valid date for my coupon?

Please login to "Account" > "Coupon" page to confirm the coupon details.
Valid date and applicable store will be shown.

What if the payment was unfinished and my coupon is missing or shows "used"?

Once you have clicked [Submit Order], if you need to find relevant order and proceed payment,
please follow the steps below: 

①Go to [Account] > [Online Orders]
②Click [PAY NOW] for the "Payment Pending" order
Please confirm that the order information is correct
③Select a payment method and complete the payment 

※If the payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes, and the coupon will automatically return to your account if used.
