※ Please ship the parcel within 7days after submitting your exchange application, and upload the tracking number to your exchange order.
※ If you do not ship the item back to the warehouse, the exchange will not be able to proceed.

※ If the product does not meet the Refund and Exchange Policy's standard, the exchange service cannot be provided, and the product will be returned on a freight collect basis.
※ If you need to return the item(s) due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the returns. If that is not the case, you have to bear the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to our warehouse.
