Q. How to apply for Return and Refund in the APP?

❓ How to apply Return & Refund?
1. Please login to [My Account] > click [Online Order].
2. Find the order that needs to be returned and refunded in [Online Orders].
3. After clicking on the order, click [Apply for after-sales service] for the item you want to apply for return and refund.
4. On the after-sales service application page, click [Submit Application] after completing the input of relevant information.
❓ How to upload tracking number?
1. Please login to [My Account] > [Online Orders] > select the order and press [View After-Sale Service Detail].
2. Please scroll to the bottom in the [Return & Refund] page, select the courier company you used for return, and upload the tracking number of the return parcel.
❓ How can I change the number of items in the return application?
(The quantity cannot be greater than the quantity purchased.)
❓ How to cancel Return & Refund application?
【Refund only】: This application can only apply before the order status is shipped, and this application cannot be cancelled.
【Return & Refund】:
1. Please login to [My Account] > [Online Orders] > select the order and press [View After-Sale Service Detail].
2. Swipe to the bottom of the [Return and Refund] page and click [Cancel Return & Refund].
