Q. May I return or exchange the items in-store if I purchased online?
A.
Exchange :You may exchange your product at any store in Hong Kong & Macau physical store
Return :Cannot return in any physical store
※ You also need to keep the original receipt and the product is in new condition. You may return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Q. May I return an item that has been exchanged or altered?
A. We do not accept returns and refunds or exchanges for items that have already been exchanged, length-altered (such as pants), or items that have used the < RE:UNIQLO > service.

Q. How to apply return and refund service through online?
A. Apply return and refund in UNIQLO APP
① Login to < My Account >
② Select your order in < Online Orders >
③ Click the product you would like to return and press < Apply After-sale Service >
④ Click < Submit > after completed

Q. How to apply exchange service through online?
A. (O2O) Pick-up in-store order / Home delivery/ Pick-up point :
You may visit the physical store for exchange, no need to apply online.
※ Online exchange service is only available for (Home delivery/Pick-up point) orders :
① Login to < My Account > click to < Online Orders >
② Click the product you would like to exchange and press < Apply After-sale Service >
③ Click < Submit > and please ship the parcel within 7days after submitting your exchange application.
※ Please note that you can only exchange items with the same item code for a different color or size.

Q. Returns or exchanges require shipping costs?
A. There is no shipping fee for exchanges in any physical store. If you use the online exchange service, you will need to pay the shipping fee.
The shipping fee needs to be paid by the customer for online orders. Excluded the products are confirmed quality problems.
※ The warehouse is not open to the public, so in-person returns at the warehouse are not possible.

Q. What is the return address for online orders?
A. Your application will take 1 working day to process and you will receive an SMS notification about the return address as below :

Delivery address : EC Warehouse, Room 509, 5/F, Kerry Cargo Centre, 55 Wing Kei Road, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan District, New Territories, Hong Kong
※ For online orders, returns can only be sent by mail or via the designated logistics method to the warehouse. Returns at physical stores are not available.
※ The warehouse is not open to the public, so in-person returns at the warehouse are not possible.
※ Return shipping costs must be paid by you. If insufficient postage is provided, the warehouse will reject the return, and you will bear any additional charges.

Q. May I use the membership purchase record use as a receipt?
A. Sorry, the original receipt is required and the purchase record cannot be used for return and exchange. You need to provide the < Original Receipt > for refund and exchange service.
If you have lost your receipt, you may contact our Customer Service Center during office hours ( Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ) and provide your order number. We will provide you with further assistance.

Q. What should I do if I suspect the product has quality issues after purchased online?
A. You may contact our customer service team to arrange for you to go to the nearest store, our senior salesperson will help to check the product.
We will assist for return or exchange if it is confirmed a product quality issue.

Q. How to confirm the return and exchange period?
A. The < Return and Exchange Period > is depends on the delivery method :
(O2O) Pick-up in-store : Within 30 days from the date of picked up the order.
Home delivery/Pick-up Point : Within 30 days from the date of shipped out the parcel.
( For example : if the order is picked up/shipped on 1st January, the return and exchange period is on or before 31st January ).

Q. May I return or exchange items purchased with a discount or promotion?
A. Yes, you may. If you have used UNIQLO coupons or purchase limited / discounted items, as long as you meet the return and exchange rules and apply for a return or exchange within the return and exchange period.

Q. What should I do to exchange for a special size?
A. Please visit any physical store and ask store staff for further assistance.
※ Once stock confirmed, it will take < 4-14 working days > for transfer.

Q. I have several orders. May I return items from different orders in the same package?
A. Yes, you may ship items from different orders in one package or under one shipping label.
However, please make sure to pack items from the same order together with their receipt. This helps us match your orders and process your return and refund smoothly.

Q. What if I forgot to include the receipt when sending back the items? Will it affect the return and refund process?
A. Don’t worry. If you didn’t include the receipt, you may contact our Customer Service Center for follow-up. Once this step is completed, your return and refund process will not be affected.

Q. What is the timeline for the online exchange process?
A. After you submit your online exchange request, it will take about 1 business day for review. Once approved, the system will send the warehouse address to your member account. After the warehouse receives your package, it will take approximately 2–3 business days for inspection and shipping arrangements.
