UNIQLO offers the < UNIQLO UNIFORM > Corporate / Group Uniform Bulk Ordering Service for companies, organizations, and institutions, helping you complete bulk uniform purchases in one go.

  • Product prices are subject to the system price displayed on the date the order form is submitted.
  • A minimum purchase of 30 items is required to enjoy the 10% discount.
  • This service is only available via bank transfer / remittance or purchase through the official online flagship store.
  • Sample items are currently not available for fitting. If necessary, customers are advised to visit nearby stores for size measurement.
  • The < UNIQLO UNIFORM > Corporate / Group Bulk Ordering Service is not applicable to any in-store or Official Online Store promotions or events ( including giveaways, lucky draws, etc.).

  • Q. How can I place an order?

    A. Please follow the steps below :
    Step 1 : Confirm product details
    Prepare the product code, color, size, and quantity required.

    Step 2 : Complete the order form
    Click < Order Form > and fill in your personal / company contact details and product information.

    Step 3 : Inventory confirmation
    We will confirm inventory availability within 3 working days and provide a quotation and payment instructions via email.

  • Q. What is the process after submitting the order form?

    A. The process varies depending on the payment method selected in the form :

    Option 1 : Bank Transfer / Remittance
    Please complete the bank transfer / remittance according to the instructions stated in the quotation.
    After payment is completed, it will take 1-2 working days for the relevant department to verify the payment record.
    ※ Please complete payment and upload the payment proof within 14 days after receiving the quotation email.
    If payment is not completed within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

    Option 2 : Purchase via the Official Online Store at a Designated Time
    Due to limited inventory, a designated purchase date and time will be arranged by the relevant department.
    During the assigned period, please log in to your Hong Kong / Macau UNIQLO membership account and complete the order via the Official Online Store.
    ※ Delivery time may be extended during public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Double 11, Thank You Festival, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.

  • Q. Can returns or refunds be arranged for < UNIQLO UNIFORM > bulk orders?

    A. We regret that returns and refunds are not accepted for this service.
    Customers may apply for exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    ※ Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color, and customers must contact the Customer Service Centre before submitting an exchange request.

  • Q. Is alteration service ( pants hemming ) available for < UNIQLO UNIFORM > bulk orders?

    A. Yes. Simply present a copy of the invoice to the store staff when requesting the alteration service.
