Logistics & Delivery Reminders

※ Orders that include pant alterations will require an additional 24 hours beyond the estimated delivery time frame.

※ During peak holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, Double 11, and Thankful week campaign, delivery schedule may be extended due to high order volumes.

※ Due to ongoing inclement weather(e.g. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or other extreme situations as directed by government guidelines.) , potential delays may occur with package deliveries.

※ Estimated delivery time applies to orders placed before 4:00 PM (Hong Kong time) from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on Hong Kong public holidays will require one additional business day.

1. Delivery to Personal Address

Fee : $30
( Free shipping for purchases over $350 using a single delivery method )

Estimated Delivery Time for Regular Stock :
Hong Kong Region : 2–3 working days
Macau Region : 3–4 working days

※ Delivery may be delayed depending on stock availability.

Remark :
※ Delivery is available to most commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau.
( Excludes P.O. Box addresses and certain restricted areas that require special permits. )

2. Pickup Point / Smart Locker

Fee : $30
( Free shipping for purchases over $350 using a single delivery method )

Estimated Delivery Time for Regular Stock :
Hong Kong Region : 2–3 working days
Macau Region : 3–4 working days

※ Delivery may be delayed depending on stock availability.

Remark :
※ Once the parcel arrives at the pickup point or smart locker, a notification will be sent by the delivery carrier.
Please collect your parcel within the designated time to avoid additional storage fees charged by the supplier.


In response to < SF Express's > policy changes, SMS will be suspended starting from January 2026.
All pick-up codes will be sent via the 「 SF-EXPRESS 」APP.
