Q. Store Purchase​ | Return Method

Items bought in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase under eligible condition. Original Receipt required for all returns.

Return and Refunds
 

1. Return requests must be made within 30 days at the original store of purchase, with the original receipt and items that meet the return policy.
2. Please proceed to the cashier at the original store. Returns are only accepted at the store where the item was purchased.
3. As some colors of the same item may have different selling prices, the refund amount will be based on the price at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Any coupons used for the purchase cannot be reinstated or reissued.

-. For payments made by cash, Octopus, EPS, or WeChat Pay :
The refund will be issued in cash.

-. For payments made by PayMe, Alipay HK, or Alipay :
The refund will be returned via the original electronic payment method.

-. For payments made by credit card, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay :
The refund will be processed to the corresponding physical credit card.


※ Please bring the corresponding physical credit card, the credit card receipt, and show the e-wallet record. Refunds must be processed at the store where the purchase was made.
※ Refund processing time depends on the card issuer, bank, or payment provider. It usually takes 30 days for the funds to appear in your account.
※ Returns are not available after using non-UNIQLO coupons or mall promotions (e.g. parking benefits or point redemptions).

  • Q. May I return after using UNIQLO coupon?

    A. Yes, you may. If you have used UNIQLO coupons or purchase limited / discounted items, as long as you meet the return and exchange rules and apply for a return or exchange within the return and exchange period.
    ※ If you used non-UNIQLO promotions, such as mall points or parking discounts, returns are not available. Only exchanges can be processed.

  • Q. May I Return or exchange if I lost my receipt?

    A. We’re sorry, the original receipt is required to process any return or exchange.

    If you’ve lost your receipt, you may visit the store where you made your purchase and provide your membership offline purchase record to have the receipt reissued.
    Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Center during office hours (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and provide your membership offline purchase record and email address.

  • Q. How may I confirm my return and exchange period?

    A. It is within 30 days from the date of purchase in-store.
    ( Example: If the item was purchased on January 1, the return/exchange period will be until January 31 ).
