Q. 【Return】 Store Purchase

STEP 1

Bring the original receipt and the products that meet the Refund & Exchange policy to the original store where they were purchased 【within 30 days of purchase date】.

STEP 2

Queue at the cashier of the original purchase store for return and refund service.
※Returns are limited to the store where the product was purchased, other stores cannot provide the return and refund service in this matter.

STEP3:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
※For credit card payment transactions including contactless or mobile payment, please present the original credit card receipt and the physical credit card used for the purchase at the same time for refund.
Refunds can only be arranged to the same credit card.
※If the original payment method cannot be refunded successfully, it will be refunded in cash.
※Actual refund amount will be reflected to your account within 30 working days by the card issuer or electronic payment agency.

How to confirm whether my product complies with Refund & Exchange Policy?

Product is 【Exchange & Return Service applies】, products can only be refunded or exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact; packaging of baby products must never have been opened.

Original Receipt is needed for Exchange & Return service within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I Return or Exchange if my purchase has used a coupon?

Your product can still be exchanged or returned, but for return, the refund amount needs to deduct the coupon amount.

No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-UNIQLO coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by the malls.

How to confirm Exchange & Refund period?

Within 30 days from the date of purchase 
(e.g. Pick up on1st Jan, return period is on or before 31st Jan)

What should I do to exchange for a special size?

You may visit the nearest store and request for assistance. If there is stock and your requirement meets, store staff will arrange the transfer service for you.

Special size takes 14-21 working days for transfer.

What should I do if I lost the receipt?

Please visit the original purchase store and provide the【Offline Orders】 under membership record,  our staff will provide further assistance for you.
