Items bought in-store may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase under eligible condition. Original Receipt required for all exchanged.

1. Exchange is available within 30 days at any UNIQLO store in Hong Kong or Macau, with the original receipt and items that meet the return policy.
2. Please select the replacement item in-store, then queue at the cashier with the original item and receipt to complete the exchange.
Notice :
※ Customers may exchange for items of equal or higher value. If the replacement item exceeds the original purchase amount, the price difference must be paid.
※ If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
※ Exchanged items may be exchanged again, but are not eligible for return.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock at the store, you may proceed with one of the following options :
1. Reach out to store and ask our staff to stock availability at other locations.
※ If available, you may request a stock transfer to your preferred store for exchange.
Please allow 4–14 days for the transfer. Once the item arrives, store staff will contact you by phone. Kindly stay alert for the call.
※ If you do not receive any notification after 14 days, please contact either the store where the request was made or the destination store for follow-up.
2. If the item is out of stock across all stores, you may choose a different item for exchange, or return the original item at the store of purchase for a refund.
If the item you wish to exchange is a online-exclusive size, please follow these steps :
1. Reach out to store and ask our staff to stock availability at online stores.
※ Please note that returns can only be processed at the original store of purchase.
※ If available, you may request a special size transfer to your preferred store for exchange.
Please allow 10–14 days for the transfer. Once the item arrives, store staff will contact you by phone. Kindly stay alert for the call.
※ If you do not receive any notification after 14 days, please contact the store where the request was made.
2. If the item is out of stock online, you may choose a different item for exchange or return the original item at the store of purchase for a refund.
※ Please note that returns can only be processed at the original store of purchase.

Q. May I return after using UNIQLO coupon?
A. Yes, you may. If you have used UNIQLO coupons or purchase limited / discounted items, as long as you meet the return and exchange rules and apply for a return or exchange within the return and exchange period.
※ If you used non-UNIQLO promotions, such as mall points or parking discounts, returns are not available. Only exchanges may be processed.

Q. May I Return or exchange if I lost my receipt?
A. We’re sorry, the original receipt is required to process any return or exchange.
If you’ve lost your receipt, you may visit the store where you made your purchase and provide your membership offline purchase record to have the receipt reissued.
Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service Center during office hours ( Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ) and provide your membership offline purchase record and email address.We will reissue the receipt via email within 1–2 working days.

Q. How may I confirm my return and exchange period?
A. It is within 30 days from the date of purchase in-store.
