For mobile users : UNIQLO APP registration steps

• Step 1 : Open the UNIQLO APP and tap < Member Center >.

  

• Step 2 : Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap < Log In / Register >.

  

• Step 3 : Tap < Register >.

  

• Step 4 : Select the appropriate region code and enter your mobile phone number.

  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the < Get Verification Code > process.
  After reviewing and agreeing to the < Important Notes >, tap < Register >.
  
  ※ Please ensure that all information entered is correct.
  ※ If you encounter error screens or issues when registering or logging in via the UNIQLO APP, please make sure the app is updated to the latest version or try restarting the app.
  
  

For desktop / browser users : Official website registration steps

• Step 1 : Visit the UNIQLO Official Website and click the < Profile Icon > at the top right corner to enter the < Member Login Page >.

  

• Step 2 : Click < Register >.

  

• Step 3 : Select the appropriate region code and enter your mobile phone number.

  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the < Get Verification Code > process.
  After reviewing and agreeing to the < Important Notes >, click < Register >.

To protect the security of your membership account, the following restrictions apply to registration and login :
・Only mobile phone numbers from Hong Kong ( +852 ), Macau ( +853 ), or Mainland China ( +86 ) are supported for registration.
・Each mobile phone number can only be registered for one membership account.
・Login requires verification via the registered mobile phone number.

If you do not receive the verification code, please check the following :
1. Confirm that the mobile phone number entered is correct.
2. Message delivery may be delayed; please try requesting the code again in an area with good network coverage.
3. There is a daily limit on verification code requests. After requesting a code, please wait 15 minutes before trying again if you do not receive it.

• Q. I did not receive the verification code. What should I do?

  A. Please wait for a moment and confirm that the mobile phone number entered is correct.

• Q. May I register multiple accounts using the same mobile phone number?

  A. No. Each mobile phone number may only be registered for one membership account.

• Q. May I register using a foreign mobile phone number?

  A. No. Registration is only supported for mobile phone numbers from Hong Kong ( +852 ), Macau ( +853 ), or Mainland China ( +86 ).

• Q. May I register using an email address?

  A. Currently, UNIQLO membership accounts in Hong Kong and Macau only support registration and login via mobile phone numbers. Email registration is not available at this time.
