Can I return or exchange my item?
Under normal circumstances, you may apply for a return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met :
(1.) Within the return & exchange period

In-store purchases → Within 30 days from the purchase date

Pick-up In-store orders → Within 30 days from the pick-up date

Home delivery orders → Within 30 days from the shipment date
(2.) Possession of the original UNIQLO receipt
- The receipt must be an original UNIQLO receipt
- The receipt must not have been used with any non‑UNIQLO promotions ( ※ Notes 1 & 2 )
(3) Product condition ( All of the following conditions must be met )

The item must be brand new, unworn, unused, and unwashed

All tags must remain intact and not removed

If the product includes packaging, the item must be returned with its complete original packaging

Baby items must remain unopened
-
The item must not have been altered, punched, perforated, or processed using the RE:STUDIO service
※ Note 1 : If any non‑UNIQLO coupons or shopping mall promotions (including parking offers or shopping mall point redemption) have been used, return service will not be available.
※ Note 2 : If an item purchased using a UNIQLO coupon is returned, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon value, and the coupon will not be reissued.
The following items are not eligible for return, even if they are within the return & exchange period.
Exchange may be available under specific conditions as stated below :

Items purchased using non‑UNIQLO promotions
( including shopping mall point redemption or parking offers ) ※ Exchange only -
Items that have already been exchanged ※ Exchange only for a subsequent exchange
(except in cases of product quality issues) -
Baby items with opened packaging

Items that have been altered, punched, perforated, or processed using the RE:STUDIO service

UTme! customised products
-
Items with missing or damaged tags or original packaging
-
Discounted defective items
-
Items purchased outside Hong Kong or Macau

Items purchased for resale purposes, or cases identified as abuse of the return & exchange service

※ Note 3 : UNIQLO reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership accounts that frequently return or exchange items.

Q. I opened the packaging of a baby item to check the size. Can I return or exchange it?
A. We are sorry, but to ensure hygiene and the health and safety of infants, baby items with opened packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
UNIQLO stores provide display samples for customers to check actual sizes.
In addition, reminder labels are attached to baby item packaging. If needed, customers may consult store staff for size information. -

Q. What should I do if I discover an issue with the product after purchase?
A. If you discover an issue with the product, please keep it brand new, with tags intact, and unwashed.
If the issue is related to product quality, we will assist with return or exchange arrangements on a case‑by‑case basis.
