※ For return and refund after using UNIQLO coupons, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon amount. Coupon will not be re-issued.
※ No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-UNIQLO coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by malls.
※ Any product that has been exchanged cannot be refunded unless there is product quality problem.

● Overseas items
● Products with missing or damaged accessories such as original packaging
● Items purchased for resale purposes (including products that UNIQLO judges to be suspected of resale purposes)
● In the case of abuse / excessive use of Exchanges, Returns and Refunds services
