A guide to shopping online for the first time
How to purchase online
1. To register as a UNIQLO member in Hong Kong & Macau, you must use your mobile phone number (+852/+853/+86) 2. Before selecting your favorite product, you can log in as a member and select 【 Size 】, 【Color】 and 【 Quantity】 on the product details page and add it to the shopping cart.
※Please note that adding to the shopping cart does not mean that the product has been reserved. You need to complete the checkout steps. Please follow the procedure instructions at the checkout page.
3. The total amount of the order is the price of the ordered items plus shipping fees(if necessary).
4. You can review or change your order details or items in the Shopping Cart before checking out.
5. When you are ready to complete your order, click【Pay】to the payment page. Please read this page carefully. Once the payment is processed, you will not be able to modify the order.

Delivery schedule
There are three main delivery methods︰ ※Some orders may take longer delivery time due to stock conditions.
※In case of holidays/peak period - Christmas, Easter, Double 11, Thank You Festival etc., the number of delivery days might increase.
※Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, logistics service will be suspended and delivery will be extended.

Placed the order before 13:00 PM, pick up SMS will send before 19:00 on the same day at the earliest

2. < (O2O) Pick-up in-store order (With Warehouse Transfer) >
Hong Kong︰Placed the order before 13:00 PM, pick up SMS will send before 19:00 on the same day at the earliest

Macau︰will take 1-3 working days
3. < Home Delivery or Pick-up point>
Hong Kong︰will take 2-3 working days
Macau︰will take 3-4 working days
※Delivery to most commercial, industrial and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau.
(Excluding PO Box addresses and certain, restricted areas, such as areas that require special permission)
※A notification will be sent by the courier company after the parcel arrived.
Please collect the parcel within specified time after receiving the notification, otherwise extra storage fee might be imposed by S.F. Express.
※There is possibility that your order will delay if the Locker is fully occupied. Please refer to the relevant courier company for more details.
Delivery fees

2. < Home Delivery or Pick-up point > ︰
$30 delievry cost. Free shipping if order net amount of a single delivery exceeds $350
Return and Exchange Service
You need to keep the original receipt and the product must in new condition. Return or exchange service can be made within 30 days.※It depends on the delivery method.
Exchange service︰
You can exchange your product at any store in ong Kong & Macau physical store
※Only < Home delivery order > available for online exchange service
Return service︰
The product needs to be sent to the warehouse with the receipt for return.
