You can choose a nearby store and collect your items quickly.
Picking up your order in-store is completely free of charge, and all UNIQLO stores in Hong Kong and Macau now offer service!

Pick-up locker is UNIQLO’s latest in-store service, designed to save waiting time and make collecting your Click & Collect parcels even more convenient.

How to place a (O2O) Pick-up In-store order
 

1. Log in as a member before selecting your desired items.

2. On the product page, choose the < Color >, < Size >, and < Quantity >.

3. Select < Store Pickup > as the delivery method and choose your pickup store.

4. Click < Add to Cart > or < Buy Now >.

5. On the checkout page, fill in the pickup details, confirm the order, and complete the purchase.

6. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup notification via SMS or the UNIQLO app.

7. Bring the SMS pickup code or QR code to the selected store to collect your order.

Store pickup order collection time
 

1. (O2O) Pick-up In-store ( In-store stock ) :

Orders placed Before 1:00 PM. Pickup SMS may arrive by 7:00 PM on the Same Day.

Orders placed After 1:00 PM. Pickup SMS may arrive by 7:00 PM the Next Day.

2. (O2O) Pick-up In-store ( Warehouse stock ) :

Hong Kong Region : Orders placed Before 1:00 PM. Pickup SMS may arrive by 7:00 PM on the Same Day.

Hong Kong Region : Orders placed After 1:00 PM. Pickup SMS may arrive by 7:00 PM the Next Day.

Macau Region : Delivery takes 1–3 Working Days.

​​※Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an SMS notification with a pickup code.​

※Please collect your order within 14 days at the selected store.​

※If not picked up within the time limit, the system will automatically cancel and refund the order. Refunded orders cannot be restored.

※​Delivery may be delayed due to stock availability.

※During peak periods ( e.g. Lunar New Year, inventory checks, Double 11, Thanksgiving ), delivery times may be extended.

※​In case of severe weather ( e.g. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning ), logistics services will be suspended, and delivery may be further delayed.

  • Q. Why can't I select my preferred store for pickup?

    A. You may not be able to choose your preferred store due to the following reasons :

    ①. Out of stock at warehouse

    ②. Low or no stock at your selected store

    ( *If only a few items remain at the store, they are prioritized for walk-in customers. )

    Therefore, pickup is only available at stores with sufficient stock.
