You may check the status of your order by following the steps below :

Please login to your UNIQLO Hong Kong and Macau member account.

You can track the order status and package logistics information in < My Account > and click < Online Orders >.
2. Webistes version
Click the < Portrait Icon > at the top corner, then click to check the status of the < Order >.
The following are common status descriptions for orders :

| Home Delivery Order : Packing : The warehouse has completed order preparation and is waiting to hand the package over to the logistics provider for shipment processing. Dispatched : The parcel has been handed over to the logistics provider and is awaiting delivery arrangement. ※ The tracking number displayed after order preparation may not show logistics information immediately if the parcel has not yet been collected. Tracking details will be available once collection is completed. | ||
| (O2O) Pick-up In-store : Paid : Payment for the order has been completed. The order is awaiting store confirmation and item preparation. The store will complete order acceptance within 1 hours during store operating hours. Ready for Pick-up : The order has been accepted and a pickup notification has been issued. Please visit the designated store within the specified time and present the Pickup Code or QR Code to collect your order. | ||
| (O2O) Pick-up In-store ( With Warehouse Transfer ) : Paid : Payment for the order has been completed. The order is awaiting warehouse preparation and shipment to the store, followed by store acceptance. Ready for Pick-up : The order has been accepted and a pickup notification has been issued. Please visit the designated store within the specified time and present the Pickup Code or QR Code to collect your order. | ||
| Cancelled : If payment is not completed within 30 minutes after the order is placed, the system will automatically cancel the order. Once cancelled, the order cannot be restored. If needed, please place a new order. | ||
| Cancel order : Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after submission by clicking Cancel Order under Online Orders in the Order Centre. ※ Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee successful cancellation. If interception is successful, the order status will be updated to Transaction Closed. If the order cannot be intercepted and the final status is < Shipped >, the order will still be delivered to the originally specified address. | ||

※ The arrangement for shipment within the specified time frame depends on the delivery method. For details, please refer to the information below :
There are Four main delivery methods :
※ Some orders may take longer delivery time due to stock conditions.
※ In case of holidays/peak period - Christmas, Easter, Double 11, Thank You Festival etc., the number of delivery days might increase.
※ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, logistics service will be suspended and delivery will be extended.
The order delivery timeline will be updated effective March 2, 2026 (Monday), as follows :

1. (O2O) Pick-up-In-store ( Inventory From The Store )
Orders can be collected as early as one hour after the order is placed.
※ Actual pickup time is subject to the pickup notification received. -
2. (O2O) Pick-up-In-store ( With Warehouse Transfer )
Hong Kong orders : 1–2 business days
Macau orders : 2–3 business days -
3. Home Delivery ( Personal Address )
Hong Kong orders: 2–3 business days
Macau orders: 3–4 business days
Delivery is available to most commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau.
( Excluding P.O. Box addresses and certain restricted areas, such as locations requiring special permits. ) -
4. Home Delivery ( Pickup at Locker or Pickup Point )
Hong Kong orders: 2–3 business days
Macau orders: 3–4 business days
※ A notification will be sent by the logistics provider once the parcel arrives at the pickup point or smart locker.
Please collect your parcel within the specified time. Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees charged by the service provider.
※ Delivery delays may occur if smart lockers are fully occupied. For details, please contact the relevant logistics provider.
