4. Do I need to return the Gift for product return & refund service?
The Gifts shall be returned in new, clean and original condition, if the total purchase amount falls below the Eligible Spending amount (HKD350) upon return/refund.
5. If my order is being split into "Store Pick-up" and "Store Pick-up (Transfer from Warehouse)", can I still get the Gift if the orders are more than HKD350 net amount in total?
Sorry, the order must fulfill single net purchase amount of HKD350 using single delivery method.
If the order is separated into 2 due to inventory, then each separate order must meet the Eligible Spending (i.e. HK$350) for the customer to be eligible for a Gift.
