※ Eligible for UNIQLO products for both purchased in the past or at the store on the day.
※ Embroidery service is not applicable to nylon materials, underwear, thick outerwear, special collaboration products ( including UT ), etc.

Please follow the below steps if you would like to have embroidery service :

Step1 : Choose the UNIQLO cloth that needed to be embroidered
Choose the item that you would like to embroider at store and pay for it first.
If you already own the product, please go to step 2.
※ Only items that can be identified as UNIQLO products are eligible. 

Step 2 : Choose the template
RE.UNIQLO STUDIO provides 21 needle and thread colors and 100 above embroidery patterns.

Step 3 : Choose the embroidery position
Choose the embroidery position from the below position.

※ If you would like to have the embroidery on other position, please contact the store staff for further assistance.

• Q. Is the Embroidery Service provided in all shop?

  A. The embroidery service is only available in Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store and Cityplaza Store.

• Q. How much for the Embroidery Service?

  A. The charge is $50/ each embroidery pattern.

• Q. Is the Embroidery Service available for non-UNIQLO items?

  A. The Embroidery Service is only eligible for items that can be identified as UNIQLO products.
  Embroidery service is not applicable to nylon materials, underwear, thick outerwear, special collaboration products (including UT), etc.
  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

• Q. Can I enjoy the embroidery service without receipt?

  A. You can still enjoy embroidery service without receipt. Yet, the condition of the item need to fulfill the standard.
  Please bring along with the item to visit Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store and Cityplaza Store for further assistance.

• Q. How long can I pick up the item for embroidery?

  A. We will inform you of the date of pick up at the time of acceptance.
  Please pick up within 6 months of the pickup date conveyed at the time of ordering the repair service, or otherwise the item will be recycled under our RE.UNIQLO program.

• Q. Can I have Return / Exchange for embroidered item?

  A. We are sorry that embroidered item could not be returned and exchange.

• Q. Can I bring my own embroidery design?

  A. We are sorry that currently only designated embroidery patterns are available. Details of the available designs can also be viewed at the Mira Place store, Lee Theatre flagship store, and Cityplaza store.
