Our repair services help restore your favourite garments and extend their lifespan, so you can enjoy them for even longer.

Available Stores :
Repair services are currently available at Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store and Cityplaza Store.

Notes :
※ Please ensure that your garment has been washed before bringing it to the store. We may be unable to provide repair services for unwashed items.
※ Repair services do not include alterations or resizing.

We currently offer repair services for the following items :
T-shirts, Jeans, Knitwear, Ultra Light Down, Casual Shirts and Dress Shirts.

Available repair options vary depending on the product category :

1. T-Shirts / Knitwear / Shirts
1.1 Hole and Tear Repair
HK$20 per repair
※ Applicable to holes smaller than 1 cm in diameter or tears shorter than 2 cm.

1.2 Embroidery Repair for Holes or Stains
HK$20 per repair
 ※  Choose from a variety of embroidery designs available in store.

2. Ultra Light Down
2.1 Hole and Tear Repair
※ Repairs are available for Ultra Light Down items only.
Tears shorter than 2 cm : HK$50
Holes smaller than 5 cm : HK$50
※ Repair patches will be made using fabric taken from the garment pocket lining.

3. Jeans
3.1 Hole and Crotch Repair
Holes smaller than 5 cm : HK$50
Holes smaller than 8 cm : HK$30
※ Damage must not extend across seams or pockets.
※ Tears located at the knee area cannot be repaired.

4. Knitwear / Jeans
4.1 Sewing Machine Repair for Tears or Loose Threads
Tears shorter than 10 cm : HK$20
※ Certain fabrics and damage locations may not be repairable.

5. Shirts and Other Buttoned Garments
5.1 Button Replacement Service
HK$30 per button
※ Customers must provide their own replacement buttons. Original or spare buttons cannot be supplied or matched.
※ Metal buttons on denim products and certain specialty buttons cannot be repaired.

• Q. Is the repair service available at all stores?

  A. Currently, repair services are available only at the Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store, and Cityplaza Store.
  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

• Q. Is there a charge for repair services?

  A. Yes. Repair service fees vary depending on the type of repair required. Please refer to the < Repair Price List > for details. ( Chinese Only )
  You may also visit the Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store, or Cityplaza Store during opening hours for further enquiries.

• Q. Can non-UNIQLO items be repaired?

  A. No. Repair services are available for UNIQLO products only.
  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

• Q. Can I use the repair service without a receipt?

  A. Yes. Even if you no longer have the receipt, you may bring your UNIQLO item to the Mira Place Store, Lee Theatre Flagship Store, or Cityplaza Store for assessment.
  The item must be in a condition suitable for repair. Please consult store staff for details.

• Q. How long will the repair take?

  A. The collection date will be provided when your repair order is accepted.
  Completion time may vary depending on the repair requirements. Please collect your repaired or remade item within six months from the collection date.
  Items not collected within this period will be recycled through the [ RE.UNIQLO Upcycling Workshop Programme ].

• Q.  Can repaired items be returned or exchanged?

  A. We are sorry, but items that have undergone repair services are not eligible for return or exchange.
