  ※ Please ensure your personal information ( including date of birth ) is completed in the Member Center. The coupon will be issued automatically during your birth month based on the provided information.

Please log in to the UNIQLO APP and use your coupon when shopping in-store or online.
Your available coupons will be displayed under [ Coupons ] in the [ Member Center ].

• Using Coupons In-Store :

  Self-checkout : 
  Scan your membership barcode at the self-checkout counter. If your purchase meets the coupon conditions, the applicable coupon will be displayed on the checkout screen.
  
  Staff-assisted checkout :
  Scan your membership barcode first and inform the staff which coupon you would like to use.
  ※ Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

• Using Coupons Online :

  If your order meets the conditions for a specific coupon, it will be automatically applied at checkout - no need to enter If your order meets the conditions of an applicable coupon, the system will automatically apply the coupon at checkout. No manual input is required.
  ※ Only one coupon can be used per order. If you have multiple coupons, please select one to use.
  ※ Please do not tap the [ Staff Use Only ] button on the coupon page. Coupons used in this way will not be reissued.

Your available coupons and their terms of use can be viewed in the [ Coupons ] section under the [ Member Center ].

• If you are unable to access the coupon page, please follow the steps below :

  Steps ( UNIQLO APP / Official Online Store ) :
  
  1. Tap the [ Person Icon ] at the bottom right or top right to enter [ Member Center ].
  2. Tap [ Coupons ].
  3. Tap [ View Details ] for the coupon you want to check.

• Coupons are subject to different validity periods. Please check the details and use them within the valid period.

• Coupons are for use by the registered account holder only.
  ※ Coupons must not be transferred to any third party by any means, whether free of charge or for a fee.

• The minimum spend required to use a coupon does not include purchases of shopping bags, gift bags, alteration fees ( e.g. pants hemming ), or UNIQLO COFFEE items.

• Coupons will only be automatically reissued if the order is cancelled by the customer within 30 minutes after placing the order.
  ※ If items are returned to the warehouse for non-quality-related reasons ( e.g. exceeding the collection period ), the coupon will not be reissued.

• Q. How can I use a coupon when placing an order?

  A. If your order meets the conditions of an applicable coupon, the system will automatically apply the coupon at checkout. No coupon code is required.
  
  If you do not wish to use a coupon, you may select [ Do not use coupon code ] to remove it.
  
  ※ If a coupon is applied by mistake or has already been used, it cannot be reused or reinstated. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

• Q. Why can’t I use a coupon for my order?

  A. The system will automatically identify and apply valid coupons that meet the applicable conditions.
  If a coupon is not displayed or applied on the checkout page, please ensure that your order meets the following conditions before placing your order :
  
  1. The order must be under a single delivery method.
  2. The order with a single delivery method must meet the minimum spending requirement of the coupon.
  3. The coupon must still be within its valid usage period.
  4. The coupon must be applicable for use on the official online store.

• Q. Can I return an order that used a UNIQLO coupon?

  A. Yes. When a UNIQLO coupon is used for an online purchase, the coupon value will be proportionally distributed across all items in the order based on their original prices ( the discounted price for each item is referred to as the [ adjusted price ] ).
  
  If you return items from an order that used a UNIQLO coupon, only the adjusted price of the returned item will be refunded. ( The portion of the coupon discount applied to the returned item will not be refunded. )
  The coupon will not be reissued.

• Q. What should I do if I have not completed payment and coupon is missing or shows as [ used ]?

  A. After tapping [ Place Order ], if you would like to retrieve your order and complete the payment, please follow the steps below :
  
  ① Go to [ My Account ] > [ Online Orders ].
  ② Select the order under [ Pending Payment ] and tap [ Pay Now ].
  ※ Please make sure your order details are correct.
  ③ Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
  
  ※ If the payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes. If a coupon was used, it will be automatically returned to your account.
