Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How to use coupon when placing an order?
If the order meets the conditions of the specified coupon, the system will automatically use the coupon at the checkout and you do not need to enter a coupon code to redeem it.
If you do not need to use coupon, please select "Do not use coupons" at the checkout page.
※If accidently click the use button OR used coupon cannot be used again or returned, thank you for your kind understanding.
2. How come I cannot use the coupon in my order?
System will automatically identify and use valid and eligible coupon.
If your order was not able to use the coupon in the "Checkout" page,
please confirm if your order is eligible to use the coupon before submitting the order:
►Order is with single delivery method
►Order amount is eligible to use the coupon
►The coupon is still valid
►The coupon can be used in Online Flagship Store
If your orders were seperated into "Store Pick-up" & "Store Pick-up transfer from warehouse",
which do not refer as <Single delivery method>, coupon could not be used even the total amount is eligible.

3. Can I still return if my order has used a coupon?
Yes, you can.
When you have used a coupon for online purchase, the discount/coupon amount would be applied proportionally to all items in the order based on the relevant product price (the discounted price of the product is referred to as the "New Price").
If you apply for returns/refunds after redemption of coupon, only the New Price of the returned products would be refunded (i.e. the discount/coupon amount applied to the returned products would be refunded), and the coupon will not be reissued.
4. What if the payment was unfinished and my coupon is missing or shows "used"?
Once you have clicked [Submit Order], if you need to find relevant order and proceed payment,
please follow the steps below:
①Go to [Account] > [Online Orders]
②Click [PAY NOW] for the "Payment Pending" order
②※Please confirm that the order information is correct
③Select a payment method and complete the payment
※If the payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes, and the coupon will automatically return to your account if used.
