Log in to the UNIQLO APP and use your coupon when shopping in-store or online.
The coupons you receive will appear under the < Coupons > section on the < Member Center > page.

• Use In-Store :

  Using Self-Checkout :
  Scan your membership barcode at the self-checkout.
  When your purchase meets the coupon conditions, available coupons will appear on the payment screen.
  
  Using Staff-Assisted Checkout :
  First, scan your membership barcode and inform the staff which coupon you would like to use.
  ※ Please note that coupons cannot be combined with other offers.

• Use Online :

  If your order meets the conditions for a specific coupon, it will be automatically applied at checkout - no need to enter or claim the coupon.
  ※ Only one coupon can be used per order. If you have multiple coupons, please select one to apply.
  ※ Do not press the “For Staff Use Only” button on the coupon page. Coupons used in this way cannot be reissued.

The Coupons page in Member Center will show the coupons available to you along with their terms of use.
If you are unable to access the Coupons page, please follow the steps below.

• Check the steps here :

  On the UNIQLO App / UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store :
  1. Tap the < Person Icon > at the bottom right or top right to enter < Member Center >.
  2. Tap < Coupons >.
  3. Tap < View Details > for the coupon you want to check.

• Each coupon has a different validity period. Please check before use.

• Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to third parties in any form ( paid or unpaid ).

• The minimum spend required for coupon use excludes shopping bags, gift bags, alteration fees, and UNIQLO COFFEE purchases.

• Coupons will only be reissued if you cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
  ( If items are returned to the warehouse for reasons other than quality issues - e.g., missed delivery deadline - the coupon will not be reissued. )

• Q. How to use coupon when placing an order?

  A. If the order meets the conditions of the specified coupon, the system will automatically use the coupon at the checkout and you do not need to enter a coupon code to redeem it. 
  
  If you do not need to use coupon, please select < Do not use coupons > at the checkout page. 
  ※ If accidently click the use button OR used coupon cannot be used again or returned, thank you for your kind understanding.

• Q. How come I cannot use the coupon in my order?

  A. System will automatically identify and use valid and eligible coupon.

  If your order was not able to use the coupon in the < Checkout > page,
  please confirm if your order is eligible to use the coupon before submitting the order：
  
  1. Order is with single delivery method
  2. Order amount is eligible to use the coupon 
  3. The coupon is still valid
  4. The coupon can be used in UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store

• Q. May I still return if my order has used a coupon?

  A. Yes, you may.
  When you have used a coupon for online purchase, the discount / coupon amount would be applied proportionally to all items in the order based on the relevant product price ( the discounted price of the product is referred to as the < New Price > ). 
  
  If you apply for returns/refunds after redemption of coupon, only the New Price of the returned products would be refunded ( i.e. the discount / coupon amount applied to the returned products would be refunded ), and the coupon will not be reissued.

• Q. What if the payment was unfinished and my coupon is missing or shows < used >?

  A. Once you have clicked < Submit Order >, if you need to find relevant order and proceed payment, 
  please follow the steps below :
  
  ① Go to < Account > in < Online Orders > 
  ② Click < PAY NOW > for the < Payment Pending > order ※ Please confirm that the order information is correct
  ③ Select a payment method and complete the payment 
  ※ If the payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes, and the coupon will automatically return to your account if used.
