From Aug 28 ( Fri ) to Sept 03 ( Thu ), 2026,
Customers who spend a net amount of HK$280 or above in a single transaction may purchase one [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] for HKD / MOP $1.
Customers who spend a net amount of HK$560 or above in a single transaction may purchase two [ LifeWear Original Eco Bags ] for HKD / MOP $2.

Remarks :
1. This promotion is applicable to UNIQLO Hong Kong & Macau stores and the official online flagship store only.
2. Each customer is limited to a maximum of two redemptions per day. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
3. Shopping bag charges and alteration fees are not included in the spending amount.
4. Gifts are distributed randomly, and color selection is not available.
5. The quantity and color availability may vary by store, and redemption is limited to each store’s available stock. No stock transfer, exchange, or return is allowed.
6. For the online flagship store, the availability and quota of gifts are subject to the daily allocation on that day, and may be affected by system operations. Final availability is based on system records and timing.
7. The gift quota for the online flagship store will be reset daily at 09:00 AM.

The method of receiving and redeeming the gift varies depending on the purchase channel. Please refer to the details below.

• 1. Purchases at Hong Kong & Macau Physical Stores : ( Gifts Fully Distributed )

  -. Customers who spend a net amount of HKD / MOP $280 or above in a single transaction at physical stores may redeem one [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] at HKD / MOP $1.
  -. Customers who spend a net amount of HKD/MOP $560 or above may redeem two [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] at HKD / MOP $2.
  -. Each customer is limited to a maximum of 2 redemptions per day.
  -. Only applicable for the same-day purchase. Customers must present the original receipt to redeem the gift at the store stated on the receipt. ( Redemption at any other date, time, or store will not be accepted. )
  
  ※ Gifts are available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Gifts are distributed randomly, and selection is not available.

  -. Customers who spend a net amount of HKD / MOP $560 or above will receive two [ e-Redemption Coupons ].
  -. Each customer is limited to a maximum of two [ e-Redemption Coupons ] per day.

• Redemption Methods for Online Purchases

  1. Store Pickup / Warehouse-to-Store Pickup Orders :
  Upon collection, present the e-Redemption Coupon to store staff and redeem the [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] by paying HKD / MOP $1.
  
  2. Home Delivery Orders :
  Customers can use the e-Redemption Coupon in their member account to redeem the gift on or before Sept 24 ( Thu ), 2026.
  Please visit any UNIQLO Hong Kong or Macau physical store, present the e-Redemption Coupon at the cashier, and pay HKD / MOP $1 to redeem the [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ].

• Q. How can I confirm whether I have received a redemption coupon?

  A. You can check based on the following situations :
  
  Before payment :
  If your online order is eligible for a gift, the gift details will be displayed under [ Promotion Details ] on the [ Order Details ] page.
  If no gift information is shown under the promotion section, it means the order does not meet the gift eligibility requirements, or the gift quota has been fully redeemed.
  In such cases, no redemption coupon will be issued to your account.
  
  After payment :
  Once the transaction is completed, eligible users will receive one electronic redemption coupon in their member account under [ Membership Center ] > [ Coupons ]. If the coupon is not displayed, it means the order was not eligible for the gift.

• Q. What should I do if my online order is not eligible for the gift?

  A. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  The daily quota will be reset at 09:00 AM during the campaign period from From Aug 28 ( Fri ) to Sept 03 ( Thu ), 2026.
  If the gift quota has been fully redeemed after payment, customers are advised to place a new order from 09:00 AM on the following day during the campaign period.

• Q. If I forgot to redeem the [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] during in-store payment, can I redeem it at another store?

  A. We are sorry that gift redemption must be completed at the time of in-store payment.
  Redemption at any other time, date, or store will not be accepted.

• Q. Why did I not receive a redemption coupon even though my net spending reached HKD / MOP $280?

  A. If your order did not receive a redemption coupon, it may be due to the following reasons :
  
  1. The net spending amount did not reach HKD / MOP $280.
  2. The daily gift quota had already been fully redeemed at the time of order placement.
  3. The daily gift quota had already been fully redeemed at the time of order placement and had not yet been reset ( the quota is reset daily at 09:00 AM during the campaign period ).
  4. Multiple orders were paid at the same time. Only online orders using a single delivery method and with a net spending of HKD / MOP $280 or above are eligible.

• Q. Do I need to return the gift when processing a return or refund?

  A. If the total receipt amount falls below the required spending threshold ( HKD / MOP $280 or $560 ) after a return or refund, the gift must also be returned together with the merchandise.
  The gift must be unused, clean, and in its original redemption condition, with all original tags and packaging ( if any ) intact. Otherwise, UNIQLO reserves the right to restrict the customer’s return or exchange for this transaction.
  
  Example :
  If the original receipt amount is HKD / MOP $398 and one [ LifeWear Original Eco Bag ] was redeemed, and a refund of HKD / MOP $199 is processed, the remaining receipt amount will be HKD / MOP $199, which is below HKD / MOP $280. Therefore, the gift must be returned.
