Online Purchase | How to Upload the Tracking Number After Submitting a Return Request
After returning the item via , please upload the shipment information according to the steps below.
Please note that if the shipment information is not uploaded within the specified time limit, the return request will be automatically cancelled by the system. You may submit a new return request as long as it is still within the return/exchange period.

1. After opening the UNIQLO App ( mobile application ), tap the < Profile Icon > at the bottom Right to access the < Member Center >
2. In the Order Center, tap < Return & Refund History >
3. Select the relevant order. When the return status shows < Logistics information to be filled in by the buyer >, tap < View refund details >
4. On the < More information > page, scroll to the bottom.
5. Under < Logistics Company >, select the appropriate logistics provider and enter the < Tracking Number >, then tap < Submit >
6. After submission, the system will display < Upload logistics information successful >
7. You may tap < Return & Refund History > to check the return status. When the status changes to < Pending For Receipt by Seller >, it indicates that the shipment information has been successfully uploaded
8. After the warehouse receives the item, the inspection and refund process will generally be completed within 1–2 business days

Q. May I return the item in person at the warehouse?
A. We are sorry to inform you that our warehouse is not open to the public. Therefore, in‑person returns or refund arrangements at the warehouse are not available.

Q. May I use Hongkong Post to return the item?
A. Yes, you may use Hongkong Post; however, the parcel must be sent by registered mail. This is because ordinary surface mail does not provide shipment details or parcel tracking services and carries a certain risk of loss.

Q. What should I do if I entered incorrect shipment information?
A. We are sorry that shipment information cannot be modified directly in the UNIQLO App. Please contact our Customer Service Center during office hours for assistance.
We will help liaise with the warehouse internally for record purposes. Please note that the updated information will not be reflected in the order record in the app.
