1. Why changed the UNIQLO APP/Website?
At UNIQLO, we're always improving and adding new services based on your feedback. Check out new features that make shopping online easier than ever.
2. What is the [Back in Stock Notifications ] function?
You can now register for stock availability notifications on selected Product Detail Pages. if the product is in stock, we will send you a stock availability notification via APP push and inbox message, letting you stay informed of the availability of your desired product(s).
① When selected products are sold out, a "Register stock availability notifications" button will be shown.
② Tap on the button to finish the registration. If the product is on stock, we will send you a stock availability notification via APP push and inbox message.
※Please note that once registered the registration for stock availability notifications cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. Any new features??
Find what you’re looking for more easily:
Tap on the magnifying glass icon to see information like product categories, sale items, new arrivals, featured products, and special collections.
It will display the product categories when you tap on the menu button. You may also search for keywords by making use of the search function at the top.
4. Do I need to re-download a new UNIQLO APP?
No. You just need to open the existing UNIQLO APP and finish the update. Then you can try use the new UNIQLO APP.
5. What is the function of warehouse inventory order?
Purpose: In order to allow customers to purchase the products they like, and thus expand the opportunities for purchasing products, we have added <Warehouse Stock Order> this time.
6. Will I know if I am purchasing an item from a warehouse inventory order?
Yes, the estimated delivery date will be reminded on the product detail page, shopping cart page, payment page, order page and order details.
7. If I registered the [Back in Stock Notifications], does it means the product will be restocked?
No. Not guarantee the item will be restocked. The system will still notify you when you register the function.
8. After registered the [Back in Stock Notifications], can I cancel this function once I don't need it?
No, the system currently does not support the cancellation function.
