Q. Can I Change The Delivery Address Or Delivery Date After Placing An Order ?

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address, delivery method, or delivery date.

You may cancel your order and place a new one with correct details.

If your order has already shipped, you may contact our customer service center for assist in notifying the logistics company to change the delivery address, please contact us here.
You may also contact the logistics company to inquire whether the delivery address can be changed.

※ For (O2O) Pick-up in-store orders, changes to the selected store cannot be made.

Even if you do not receive a system notification, your order will proceed as long as it appears in your history.

-. Notification messages regarding shipment will be sent to the email address linked to your membership account when you placed the order. If you have changed your email address, notification messages will not be sent to the new email address.
