Pickup address can only be selected from UNIQLO stores in Hong Kong or Macau.
※ Depending on product availability or promotional activities, (O2O) Pick-up in-store service may be temporarily suspended.
If your preferred store is not available, please consider selecting another store or using a different delivery method.
※ Once your order is placed, the (O2O) Pick-up in-store address cannot be changed, nor can the delivery method be switched to home delivery.

1. (O2O) Pick-up in-store
※ Orders placed Before 1:00 PM : You may receive the pickup SMS by 7:00 PM on the Same Day.
※ Orders placed After 1:00 PM : You may receive the pickup SMS by 7:00 PM the Next Day.
2. (O2O) Pick-up in-store with Warehouse Transfer
※ Hong Kong Region : Orders placed Before 1:00 PM. You may receive the pickup SMS by 7:00 PM on the Same Day.
※ Hong Kong Region : Orders placed After 1:00 PM. You may receive the pickup SMS by 7:00 PM the Next Day.
※ Macau Region : Delivery takes 1–3 Working Days to arrange and complete.
※ Only applicable to Hong Kong orders before 1pm every day, and you can pick up at the store after 7pm on the same day, except the orders placed on the first day of Chinese New Year, stock take period and the days with delay by event outside our control.
For (O2O) Pick-up in-store and (O2O) Pick-up in-store with Warehouse Transfer orders, payment cannot be made in-store at pickup.
Please complete online payment within 30 minutes after placing your order.

Place your order through the UNIQLO App or the UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store :
On the product detail page, select your preferred color and size, then choose Store Pickup.
Select the UNIQLO store that is most convenient for pickup and follow the instructions to complete payment.
1. Wait for SMS or email notification :
After successfully placing your order and completing payment, your items will be prepared and ready for pickup within the specified time. The system will then send an SMS or email to notify you.
2. Bring your pickup notification to the store :
You may visit the store with the SMS or email notification sent by the system, or use the store pickup code in your order details, or the record in your pickup history.
Before visiting your selected store, please read the instructions in the pickup notification carefully and follow them to go to the designated location for pickup.
※ The location of the cashier and pickup lockers may vary by store. If you have any questions, please ask a store staff member.
※ If you have not received an SMS or email notification, you can check your order status through the UNIQLO App or the UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store. After logging in to your member account, go to the Member page and click < Online Order > to view your order status.
You may also click < Pick-Up History > for the corresponding order to use when picking up your items.
Pickup period is within 14 days from the date the system sends the pickup notification.
※ The exact pickup deadline will be stated in the pickup notification or in the pickup history in the Member Center.
※ If you cannot pick up your order within the specified period, please contact our Customer Service Center to arrange a one-time extension of 7 days.
※ If pickup is not completed within the specified period, the system will automatically cancel the order and process a refund.
※ Refunds will be returned using the original payment method. In general, refunds are completed within 30 days, but actual timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
※ The product price is based on the amount paid at checkout. Any price changes before or after pickup will not be refunded.
※ Coupons can only be applied during the payment step when placing your order. Once payment is completed, coupons cannot be added or discounts applied retroactively.
