Payment Methods


When shopping online, only the following electronic payment methods are accepted :

  • Credit Cards ( VISA, MasterCard and American Express )
  • UnionPay ( Credit / Debit Card / CUP Card / UnionPay QuickPass - UnionPay APP download required in advance )
  • AliPay
  • WeChat Pay
  • PayMe

※ Apple Pay, Google Pay and Octopus are currently not supported for online purchases.

 
Frequently Asked Question ( FAQ )
  • Q. When will I be charged?

    A. Once you complete the payment process and your order is successfully placed, the system will immediately send a payment request to your bank or payment platform.
    If your bank or payment platform shows that the amount has been deducted, but your UNIQLO order status still displays < Pending Payment >, please refer to < Credit card / payment platform charged, but order still shows unpaid? >  below.

  • Q. What information is required when making a payment?

    A. You will need to provide the following information when making a payment :
    1. Credit card details ( including cardholder name, card number, expiry date and CVV security code )
    2. Mobile phone number ( for order pickup or notifications; country code is not required )

  • Q. What should I do if an error message appears during payment ( e.g. incorrect credit card details )?

    A. Please check the following :
    1. Whether the credit card details are entered correctly
    2. Whether online payment has been enabled for your credit card
    3. Whether the transaction exceeds the limit set by your bank
    4. Try restarting your browser or using a different device and attempt payment again

  • Q. Credit card / Alipay / PayMe has been charged, but the order still shows < Unpaid / Pending Payment >?

    A. If you encounter any of the following situations :
    -. Credit card charged → Order shows unpaid
    -. Alipay charged → Order shows unpaid
    -. PayMe shows duplicate charges

    This may be caused by network delays or the payment platform’s confirmation not being synchronized in real time.

    We recommend the following checks first :
    -. Check the order status again after 5–10 minutes
    -. Confirm whether more than one order has been successfully created

    If the order still shows unpaid while the payment platform indicates that the amount has been deducted, please contact our Customer Service Centre and provide the following information :
    1. Order number
    2. Screenshot of the payment deduction ( clearly showing the transaction reference number )


    We will assist with verification. If duplicate charges are confirmed, a refund will be arranged accordingly.
    In most cases, the system will update automatically. Please rest assured that your payment will not be deducted without reason.

  • Q. Can I place an order or make a payment by phone?

    A. We are sorry that phone orders and phone payments are currently not accepted.
    All orders must be placed through the UNIQLO Official Online Store.

  • Q. How does UNIQLO protect the security of my online transactions?

    A. The UNIQLO website adopts encrypted security protocols (TLS), and sensitive information such as credit card details is not stored in the UNIQLO system.
    All payment processes are verified through banks or payment platforms to ensure transaction security.
