UNIQLO APP Mobile Application | Promotional Notification Settings
This page explains how to set up promotional notifications in the [ UNIQLO APP ].
Currently, promotional messages are mainly sent to customers via email, SMS, or phone calls.
If you would like to adjust how you receive these notification, please follow the steps below.
Please note that the following steps are only applicable to the UNIQLO Hong Kong and Macau official mobile app.
As the design and features of UNIQLO mobile app may vary across different regions, if you require assistance, please contact the local UNIQLO Customer Service Center for the most accurate support. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The following steps are applicable only to the UNIQLO mobile application ( UNIQLO APP )
Step 1 :
In the UNIQLO APP, please tap the [ Profile Icon ] located at the bottom right corner.
Step 2 :
Go to the [ Member Center ] page and tap [ Email Address & Subscription Setting ].
Step 3 :
On this page, If you would like to receive information via email, you may select it under [ Promotional Subscription Channel ].
※ If you prefer to receive updates by phone or SMS, simply select the corresponding option and tap [ Confirm ] to complete the setup.
Step 4 :
Tap [ Edit ], then enter your [ Email Address ] in the input field.
Step 5 :
After entering your details, tap [ Confirm ] to complete the setup.
