Q. Online Purchase | Return And Refund Time

< Online Order > after you apply for a return and refund, the order status will change to Pending Return Review.
Once the warehouse receives the item and completes inspection and matching,
the system will proceed to the final step < Refund Completed >.

Return & Refund Process :

A < Completion Notice > will be sent to your account’s Message Center.

1. Send the item back to the warehouse via the designated logistics method.
After purchasing online, whether your order is < (O2O) Pick-up in-store >,
< (O2O) Pick-up In-store ( Warehouse stock ) > or < Home Delivery >,

please apply for a return and refund through the UNIQLO APP or the official UNIQLO online store under your member account.


The system will review your request within 1 business day.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or UNIQLO APP notification.
Please follow the instructions in the notification and send the item back to the warehouse via the designated logistics method within 7 days.

※ For online orders, returns can only be sent by mail or via the designated logistics method to the warehouse. Returns at physical stores are not available.
※ The warehouse is not open to the public, so in-person returns at the warehouse are not possible.
※ Return shipping costs must be paid by you. If insufficient postage is provided, the warehouse will reject the return, and you will bear any additional charges.

2. The warehouse will inspect and verify the returned item.
After sending the item to the warehouse, please upload the tracking number provided by the logistics company to your return record.

※ Once the warehouse receives your item, inspection and verification will be completed within 2–3 business days.
※ If the tracking number is not uploaded within the deadline, the system will automatically close the refund request, and you will need to reapply within the return period.
※ If the item does not meet return/exchange conditions, the return will not be processed, and the item will be sent back to you with freight collect.

 3. The system will process the refund.
After the warehouse completes the verification process, UNIQLO Customer Service will issue the refund instruction through the system.
In general, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 30 days.
However, the actual time may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment service provider.
You may check the latest order status or refund status in the Order Center under your member page.


※ If your order used a coupon, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon value, and the coupon cannot be reissued or restored.
