A. Possible reasons :
1. Your order may not meet the conditions required to use a coupon.
2. The logged-in member account is different from the account where the coupon was issued.
3. The coupon has expired.
4. The coupon has already been used.
※ Please check the coupon’s usage conditions and the date it was issued.

Q. If you see a coupon in the Member Center but cannot use it when placing an order.
A. Possible reasons :
1. The selected delivery method does not meet the coupon conditions.
2. Multiple delivery methods are selected.
3. The order amount does not meet the required minimum.
Please note that online orders offer the following four delivery methods :
1. Pick-up In-store ( Inventory From The Store )
2. Pick-up In-store ( With Warehouse Transfer )
3. Home delivery ( Personal or Company Address )
4. Home delivery ( Pick-up Point )
※ To use a coupon, you must select one delivery method and complete your order and payment using that method.

Q. How many coupons can I use at one time?
A. Each transaction or online order can only use one coupon.

Q. If I use a coupon and the order amount falls below $350, do I need to pay shipping?
A. As long as the order amount exceeds $350 before applying the coupon, you will enjoy free shipping. No shipping fee will be charged.
※ Please note: You must pick up your order within the time frame specified by the logistics company. If you fail to collect your order within the designated period, the logistics company may charge a handling fee.

Q. I forgot to use a coupon when I made a purchase. Can I apply it afterward?
A. We’re sorry, but if a coupon was not used at the time of purchase in-store or online, we cannot apply it later through our system. The coupon can only be used for your next transaction or order.

Q. If I cancel an order, will the coupon be automatically restored or reissued?
A. Please refer to the following three situations:
1. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes after placing the order:
Please cancel the order or wait for the system to cancel it. The coupon will then be restored to your member account.
2. If the order has been placed and paid, but within the first 30 minutes:
After canceling the order, the coupon will be restored to your member account.
3. If the order has been placed and paid, and more than 30 minutes have passed:
The order cannot be canceled. However, you may contact our Customer Service Center to arrange stopping delivery.
