You may check your purchase history under two tabs : < Online Orders > and < Offline Orders >.

Steps to view purchase records
 
  1. Log in to the UNIQLO app or the official website.
  2. On the UNIQLO mobile application, tap the < Profile Icon > located at the bottom right corner, or on the official website, click the < Profile Icon > at the top right corner to access the < Member Center >.
  3. Select < Online Orders > or < Offline Orders > to view your purchase records.
 

Online Orders :
Refers to the purchase history from the official online flagship store.
※ Includes order status, product details, and logistics information.


Offline Orders :
Refers to the purchase history from physical stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
※ Only available for viewing in the UNIQLO mobile app.

 
Online Order History
 

You may view your order history from the UNIQLO Online Store.
For each order you may check details such as : Item information, Order status, Delivery details and Total amount.

You may also perform the following actions from your purchase history :
※ Request returns / exchanges : Within 30 days of purchase.
※ Cancel orders : Within 30 minutes after payment.

Update purchase record time :
※ Online orders : Displayed immediately after successful payment.
※ Store purchase : Updated within 24 hours after the transaction.

Retention period for purchase records :
※ Your purchase history will be recorded and stored starting from the date you become a member.
※ Once your membership account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your purchase history. Please save any necessary information before cancellation.

 

Store Purchase History
 

A physical receipt will be provided after completing an in-store purchase.If you have lost the receipt, you may view your purchase record through the < Offline Orders > section.
※ The membership barcode must be scanned at the time of payment for system recording. Membership records cannot be added after the transaction is completed.
