Orders Not Yet Collected
 

Applicable to :
Online orders (Store Pick‑up / Home Delivery)

Status :
The order has not yet been collected or received.

Common scenarios :

  1. For store pick‑up orders that are not collected, a refund will be arranged based on the order status after the pick‑up period has expired.
  2. For home delivery orders that have not yet been received, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to check the available cancellation or refund arrangements.
  3. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The actual refund time may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Orders Already Collected
 

Please select the relevant option based on your purchase method.

1. In‑store Purchases : Basic arrangements

  1. Returns or exchanges can be handled within 30 days from the purchase date.
  2. Items must be in brand‑new condition and have not been worn or washed.
  3. All tags must remain attached, and the original receipt must be presented.
  4. Returns can be made at the original purchase store, while exchanges can be handled at any UNIQLO store.

2. Online Purchases : Basic arrangements

  1. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt or collection.
  2. Items must be in brand‑new condition and have not been worn or washed.
  3. All tags must remain attached, and purchase records must be retained.
  4. For certain orders, an after‑sales request must be submitted online before proceeding with the return or exchange as instructed.

Situations Requiring Special Attention
 

In general, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases :

  1. Altered items ( e.g. hemming services applied )
  2. Items that have been washed, worn, or used
  3. Selected discounted or defective items
  4. Items that have already been exchanged ( except in cases involving product quality issues )
