Applicable Scope
This page applies only to online orders with the system status shown as < Uncollected >.
If the system status is shown as < Collected > or < Completed >,the information on this page does not apply.


Can I cancel an uncollected order?
 

Subject to the actual status shown in the system, uncollected orders can only be cancelled and refunded by submitting a request to the Customer Service Center.
Please note that eligibility for cancellation is determined based on the system status. Before submitting a request, please review the following information carefully.



Additional Information :
If the order is placed within the first 30 minutes, customers may cancel the order on their own via the UNIQLO App under their membership account.
After 30 minutes, cancellation requests will be handled by the Customer Service Center, subject to the actual order status.

 
Cancellation and Refund Arrangement for Uncollected Orders

  • Cancellation and refund requests are accepted only when the system status is shown as < Ready for Pick-up >.
  • Once the request is successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • If a coupon was used for the order, the coupon will not be reissued after the refund is completed.


< Home Delivery Orders >

  • Cancellation and refund requests are accepted only when the system status is shown as < Packing >.
  • Once the request is successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Any used coupons will not be reissued.

  • Submitted cancellation / refund requests cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Submitting a request does not mean that the refund will be completed immediately. The actual processing status will be subject to system notifications.
  • The actual refund time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, or electronic payment platform.


What if my order has exceeded the pickup deadline?
If the order has exceeded the pickup deadline, the system will handle the order according to its actual status.
Whether a cancellation and refund will be arranged is subject to the system display result.
