• Q. How can I confirm whether I have received a redemption coupon?

  A. Please refer to the following situations :
  
  Before Payment :
  If your online order is eligible for the gift, the gift information will be shown under [ Promotion Information ] on the [ Order Details page ].
  If no gift information is displayed, the order may not meet the redemption requirements, or the gift quota may have been fully redeemed. In such cases, no redemption coupon will be issued.
  
  After Payment :
  Eligible customers will receive an electronic redemption coupon under [ Member Centre ] > [ Coupons ] in their member account. If the coupon does not appear, the order is not eligible for the gift.

• Q. What should I do if my order is not eligible for the gift?

  A. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The daily quota will be reset at 09:00 AM during the campaign period from May 1 to May 3, 2026.
  If the gift quota has been fully redeemed after payment, customers are advised to place a new order on the next day after 09:00 AM during the campaign period.

• Q. If I forgot to redeem the gift during in‑store payment, can I redeem it at another store?

  A. Sorry, gift redemption must be completed at the time of payment on the same day at the same store. Redemption at other times, dates, or stores will not be accepted.

• Q. Why did I not receive a redemption coupon even though my net spending reached HKD / MOP $300?

  A. Possible reasons include :
  
  1. The net spending amount did not reach HKD / MOP $300.
  2. The gift quota was fully redeemed at the time of order placement.
  3. The daily gift quota had not yet been reset.
  4. Multiple orders were paid at the same time, and only orders using a single delivery method with a net spending of HKD / MOP $300 or above are eligible.

• Q. Do I need to return the gift when processing a return or refund?

  A. If the total receipt amount falls below the required spending threshold ( HKD / MOP $300 or $600 ) after a return or refund, the gift must be returned together with the merchandise.
  
  The gift must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging ( if any ). Otherwise, UNIQLO reserves the right to restrict the customer’s return or exchange for this transaction.
  
  Example :
  If the original receipt amount is HKD / MOP $598 and one [ UNIQLO Foldable Storage Bag ] was redeemed, and a refund of HKD / MOP $299 is processed, the remaining receipt amount will be below HKD / MOP $300. Therefore, the gift must be returned.
