This collection will be available at the [ UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store ] and [ Hong Kong & Macau Physical Store ].

※ Gifts from the Official Online Flagship Store have all been distributed.

※ Limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

※ For online purchases, only the following delivery methods are eligible : [ Delivery / Pick-up Point ] The gifts have all been delivered.

1. Purchases at Hong Kong & Macau Physical Stores :

-. Customers who purchase two designated items from the [ ZO&FRIENDS UT ] collection in a single transaction will receive one [ ZO&FRIENDS UT Limited Bandana ] as a gift.
-. Each transaction is limited to one gift only.
-. Gifts can only be redeemed on the day of purchase at the store indicated on the original receipt upon presentation of the receipt.

※ Receipts from other dates, times, or stores will not be accepted for gift redemption.
※ Limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
※ Gifts will be distributed randomly; selection is not available.
※ Gift availability may vary by store and is limited to the stock available at the redemption store. Transfers between stores and exchanges or returns are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Purchases at the UNIQLO Official Online Flagship Store : ( All gifts have been delivered )

-. Customers who place an order using eligible single delivery methods [ Delivery / Pick-up Point ] and purchase two designated items from the [ ZO&FRIENDS UT ] collection in a single order will receive one [ ZO&FRIENDS UT Limited Bandana ].
-. Each order is limited to one gift only.
-. For eligible orders, the gift will be shipped together with the purchased items.

• Q. How can I confirm if I am eligible to receive the gift?

  A. You may verify based on the following scenarios :
  
  Before Payment :
  If your online order is eligible for the gift, the gift information will be displayed under [ Promotion Information ] on the [ Order Details ] page.
  If no gift information is shown under the promotion details, it means that the order does not meet the eligibility requirements, or the gift quota has been fully redeemed. In such cases, the gift will not be shipped with the order.

  After Payment :
  Once the transaction is completed, eligible customers can view the gift under the product information in [ Member Centre ] > [ Order Details ].
  If no gift is displayed, it means the order is not eligible to receive the gift.

• Q. What should I do if my online order is not eligible for the gift?

  A. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If the gift has been fully redeemed after your order is placed, it will no longer be available. We recommend that customers contact stores directly to check if gifts are still available.

• Q. If I forget to redeem the gift after payment at a store, can I redeem it at another store?

  A. We regret to inform you that gifts must be redeemed on the same day of purchase at the store where the transaction was completed. Redemption at other stores or on a different date or time will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

• Q. Why does my order include two ZO&FRIENDS UT items but no gift information is displayed?

  A. If no gift information is shown in your order, it may be due to the following reasons :
  1. The quantity of designated items purchased is insufficient or the item styles are not eligible.
  2. The gift quota had already been fully redeemed at the time of order placement.
  3. [ Store Pick-up ] and [ Store Pick-up ( With Warehouse Transfer ) ] was selected as the delivery method.
  4. The order does not use an eligible single delivery method.

• Q. Is it necessary to return the gift when requesting a refund?

  A. If, after a return and refund, the remaining items in the transaction no longer meet the requirements for receiving the gift, the gift must be returned together with the items.
  The gift must be unworn or unused ( if applicable ), kept clean, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging ( if any ). Otherwise, UNIQLO reserves the right to refuse or limit the return or exchange for the transaction.
  
  Example :
  If a customer purchases two designated items from the [ ZO&FRIENDS UT ] collection and receive one [ ZO&FRIENDS UT Limited Bandana ] as a gift, and later returns one of the items, the transaction will no longer meet the requirements for receiving the gift. In this case, the gift must be returned in good condition.

• Q. Will the gifts be restocked?

  A. We regret to inform you that, based on the current information, there are no plans for restocking.
