※ Each customer may receive a maximum of two gifts per day.

Purchase any of the 【 Selected Items 】 and redeem the gift on the same day of purchase. Please refer to the details below.

Purchase at designated physical stores in Hong Kong and Macau :
Customers who purchase at least one selected item from the 【 NEW Loungewear & Innerwear Collection 】 in a single transaction will receive one 【 Fashionable & Playful Hair Tie 】 as a gift.

※ Each receipt is eligible for a maximum of one gift only.
※ Gifts can only be redeemed on the date of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt at the store specified on the receipt.
※ Receipts cannot be used for redemption on any other date, time, or at any other store.
※ The quantity of gifts available may vary by participating store. Redemption is subject to the available stock at the redemption store only. Stock transfers, exchanges, and returns are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

• Q. If I forget to redeem the gift after payment at a store, can I redeem it at another store?

  A. We regret to inform you that gifts must be redeemed on the same day of purchase at the store where the transaction was completed. Redemption at other stores or on a different date or time will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

• Q. Is it necessary to return the gift when requesting a refund?

  A. If, after a return and refund, the remaining items in the transaction no longer meet the requirements for receiving the gift, the gift must be returned together with the items.
  The gift must be unworn or unused ( if applicable ), kept clean, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging ( if any ).
  Otherwise, UNIQLO reserves the right to refuse or limit the return or exchange for the transaction.
  
  Example :
  If a customer purchases one designated item from the【 NEW Loungewear & Innerwear Collection 】 and receives one 【 Fashionable & Playful Hair Tie 】 as a gift, and later returns the designated item, the transaction will no longer meet the requirements for receiving the gift.
  In this case, the gift must be returned in its original condition.
