Q. Parcel has delivered to the pick-up point/locker, but I have not received the notification?

Please browse the following situations and solutions:

Step 1:

Log in to [My Account] > [Online Orders], and click into the relevant order.
Confirm that the recipient's address and phone number are correct in order detail's page.

Step 2:

Contact the customer service center of the relevant courier company according to your order to reissue the pickup code.
