Q. What if I entered the wrong phone number or lose the pick-up SMS for my Store Pick-up order?
Once your order status has updated to "Ready to Pick", you may use the Pick-up Code from SMS notification OR Pick-up QR Code from your order's "PICK-UP HISTORY" to pick up your parcel at the selected store.
If you need to re-send the Pick-up SMS notification, please browse the steps below:
① Login to 【Account】>【Online Orders】
② Click 【PICK-UP HISTORY】in the order detail page
③ Click 【Re-send Pick-Up Code】and input your phone number
※Please notes that the SMS can only re-send once per day, kindly confirm the phone number has entered correctly.
