Online Purchase Instruction:

①. Select the item you would like to buy, choose size, color and quantity on product detail page, and then add to your Shopping Cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure.

②. The total price of the order is the price of the items ordered plus shipping fee (if necessary).

③. At checkout, you can review and change your order details on the Shopping Cart page.

④. When you are ready to complete your order, click the ‘Pay Now’ button, and you will be taken to the payment page. Make sure you review this page carefully, as you won’t be able to change the order once payment has been processed.

❓ Can I order from Online Flagship Store and pick-up at a UNIQLO physical store?

Yes! When you place an order online, choose "Store Pick-up" as the way of delivery.

❓ How to edit/add an address in the check out page?

You may select "Edit" by the right side of "Ship to personal address" to edit/add an address.

Step 1:
①: Select your address and click "Edit" to modify
②: Click "Add an address", to insert a new address for delivery

Step 2:
Enter your details and click "Save".
※Address can only input within 60 words, please try to use short form for your address, thank you for your kind understanding.
※Please do not use the address of Self Pick-up Point or Locker.
※No need to input Postal Code.

Step 3:
Select the address you need for delivery and click "Confirm".
※Please check the details for once the order has been successfully generated, order details would not be able to modify.

 How to choose the self-pickup address on the checkout page?

You can select the pickup address by clicking "Search from map" to the right of "Ship to a Pick-up Point".
※If customer has changed the delivery method during the process, you will need to re-select the self-pickup point.
※Please confirm that the order information is correct before submitting the order. Once the order is generated, it cannot be changed.

On the page of "Search from map", customer can choose the address of the relevant self-pick-up point or locker.

②: You can also click "Search by current location" to select the pickup address closest to your mobile phone GPS location.

❓ Online store inventory update time

Since the website inventory is not reflected in real time, the website will update the stock status at 9am daily.

❓ What payment method can I use for online purchase?

VISA, MASTERCARD, UnionPay, AlipayHK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe &AMEX
WeChat Pay is currently not available for Mobile Browder. Pleaseswitch to PC version or UNIQLO APP for WeChat Pay payment.

❓  How come I cannot select the store I want for pick up?

Sorry, the product you wish to purchase might not be available due to the warehouse or the selected store being out of stock.

❓ Why is my order splitted into two orders?

Store Pick-up order might be split into "Store Pick-up" & "Store Pick-up - transfer from warehouse" orders by the system due to inventory status.

❓ What if the payment was unfinished and my coupon is missing or shows “used”?

Once you have clicked [Submit Order], if you need to find relevant order and proceed payment,
please follow the steps below:

①Go to [Account] > [Online Orders]
②Click [PAY NOW] for the “Payment Pending” order
②※Please confirm that the order information is correct
③Select a payment method and complete the payment

※If the payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes, and coupon will automatically return to your account if used.

❓  How to confirm whether my order is successfully placed if I did not receive confirmation email?

To confirm your order status, please browse the steps below:

①Go to [Account] > [Online Orders]
②Select relevant order to confirm order details
③Order status will update to “Paid” once successfully placed

❓  Can I add or modify a product after an order has been placed?

Sorry, the order cannot be changed after successfully placed.
