Q. UNIQLO Kids and Baby Product Sampling (Selected Members)

Selected members can stand a chance to get a free product for your little ones!
Sampling campaigns are held irregularly, and eligible members can receive an invitation to join the product sampling campaign.

How to Participate
Only UNIQLO members specifically selected by UNIQLO (to be selected at its sole discretion) who have followed instructions to complete a designated survey during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate in this Campaign.
After the Campaign, UNIQLO will select participants with the most creative and thoughtful comments as winners, and each winner will receive a designated product.
Winners shall be selected by UNIQLO's internal review unit, and participants cannot dispute or object.

1. How to participate the Sampling Campaign?

UNIQLO would send invitation to selected members every month. Only members who followed instructions to complete a designated survey during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate in this Campaign.
All messages in relation to this Campaign (including sending Campaign details to selected members and product redemption coupon notifications to eligible winners) will be sent via SMS.
Members are recommended to opt out from "Do-not-call Registers" in order to receive the SMS successfully.
If participants fail to receive the SMS due to their registration onto the "Do-not-call Registers", the SMS will not be reissued and participants cannot dispute or object.

2. Can I forward / share the invitation to other people?

If the invitation is forwarded or shared to other people, both members will be disqualified.

3. How do I know if I am selected as participants / winners?

UNIQLO will send the SMS to selected members / winners to notify them of the Campaign and redemption details.
If you do not receive any SMS notifications, then it means that you are not being selected as participants nor winners.

4. How many times can I participate?

During the Campaign Period, each participant can only register to participate in the Campaign with his/her UNIQLO membership details once.
If more than one registration is found, only the first registration will be considered successful. Each participant can only win once.

5. I have participated in the campaign, but why I am not chosen as winner?

UNIQLO will select participants with the most creative and thoughtful comments as winners, and each winner will receive a designated product.
Winners shall be selected by UNIQLO's internal review unit, and participants cannot dispute or object.

6. How do I redeem the product?

All winners are required to show the E-coupon at designated Hong Kong/Macau UNIQLO physical stores for redemption themselves.
To use the E-coupon, the Confirmation Button should be pressed by store staff; the coupon will not be re-issued if the status is changed to "Redeemed" in case the winners press the Confirmation Button.
All product-related matters (inclusive but not limited to the usage period of E-coupon) should refer to the Terms and Conditions on the Coupon.

7. Can I choose colour/size of the Fleece T-shirt which is not available at stores?

The size and colour can be selected by winners subject to availability of each store's inventory, while no intra-store transfer, exchange or return of gifts are allowed.
