 ① In order to provide a better shopping experience, our system upgrade on 12 Feb.
 ② After the UNIQLO APP is upgraded, the refund application time of「Store Pick-up」and「Home Delivery」orders will be changed.
    (Refund application: can only apply within 30 minutes of the order being processed and only for the entire order)
③ After the UNIQLO APP is upgraded, If you have several Store Pick-up order in the same store that need to be picked up (the same membership account is required). Just use one of  the pick-up code that can be picked up for all the orders in one time.

1. Why changed the UNIQLO APP/Website?

At UNIQLO, we're always improving and adding new services based on your feedback. Check out new features that make shopping online easier than ever.

2. What are the buttons on the page? How to search products?

①You can find [Notifications], [My Favorites], and [Shopping Cart] at the top of the homepage. 
②Click the button at the bottom of the page can return to the [Home Page], or you can [Search Products], and find purchase records/membership information in [My Account].

After clicking [Search Products] on the page,

①Search products by category (Women, Men, Kids and Baby).
②Enter the item code, product name and other keywords at the bottom to search for products.
③Click the button at the bottom to use the APP scan function to find the product.

3. Any new features?

Updated the product listing page layout:
For customers who want to buy a certain category/series but don’t know what styles are available. This function makes it easy to introduce more styles in the category/series.

4. Do I need to register again for my member account?

No. You can login to your original account with phone number, and all records will still exist.

5. Do I need to re-download a new UNIQLO APP?

No. You just need to open the existing UNIQLO APP and finish the update. Then you can try use the new UNIQLO APP.

6. What are the changes in the refund application time?

You can apply refund in anytime before 11th Feb 2025 at 11:00 pm.  You can only apply refund with 30 minutes of the order being processed and only for the entire order.
 

7. Can I still apply refund in anytime if my order was purchased before 11th Feb 2025 at 11:00 pm?

Start from 12th Feb 2025, all orders cannot apply refund un anytime. (even purchased before 11th Feb 2025 at 11:00 pm) 
 ►You can only apply refund with 30 minutes of the order being processed and only for the entire order.

8. What should I do if the product I purchased in a special size and it doesn't fit?

Don't worry! Customers can exchange products in any physical store with the product complies with the Refund and Exchange Policy.
