Q. I have lost my store pick-up or delivery receipt, but I would like to return or exchange.

【Store pick-up order】
You can go to [My Account]> [Online Orders] in the UNIQLO APP to view the details of your order. Then go to the store that you have chosen for store pick-up service and show the details of your order to the staffs. The store will search and reprint the receipt for you.

【Delivery order】
Please contact our customer service team and provide your order information and email address. We will send you back the delivery receipt by email within 2 working days.
If you need to resend receipt, please click here to contact us or you can swipe to the bottom of the page and click ‘Chat Support’ within service hours: 9:00-18:00.
